Cancellation Policy - SailSafe

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, unless you purchase the SAILSAFE cancellation insurance and cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation date.

SailSafe – Cancellation Insurance
SailSafe cancellation insurance will protect you against unforeseen circumstances that may disrupt your plans. At Park 2 Cruise Galveston LLC, we understand that there can be many reasons for travel plans to change, and often, it is out of your control; it is hard to predict these changes, in your plans, ahead of time! Family emergencies, weather and flight cancellations can always happen.

To make your life easier, when cancelling your parking reservation, we have added the opportunity for you to purchase SailSafe! Paying a small fee will allow you to get 100% of your parking reservation money back whenever you cancel a reservation up to 24 hours from your original parking time!

When SailSafe cancellation insurance is added to your reservation you will receive a full refund for your booking, minus the $4.99 fee, if you cancel prior to 24 hours of your original parking arrival time. This trip protection can only be added at the time of purchase of the original reservation and is non-transferable or refundable.

Park2Cruise Galveston makes no guarantee of any specific result from use of this Site or use of the Park2Cruise.com service.
